9Qs: The League of Ambivalent Alignment, Set Up

Here's the set up to a solo session of the revised 9Qs using Rory's Story Cubes and Simon Washbourne's 2010 RPG Supers!, a really fun system with a classic comic book vibe. (I made the hero images on the character sheets from the Marvel.com Hero Maker Game and Photoshop.)

When Emporium City's premier superhero team, the Guardians, began accepting submissions for new members, several applicants were immediately rejected, deemed unfit for heroic duty.

Some of those applicants took that rejection very badly.
