nexus 11 This is clearly the Nexus 7 2 that we speculated would be released in July. The specs match up with what we've heard, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon, the 1920 x 1200 7 inch display  and on board LTE. So it's safe to say that this is the Nexus 7 2 and it will be running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean when it launches.

This might prove disappointing to some who where hoping that the Nexus 7 2 would be running Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. However that possibility became increasingly unlikely with the report that Key Lime Pie will be coming out in October. What that means is that the devices most likely to be running Key Lime Pie 5.0 now are the upcoming Nexus 5 and Nexus 11 devices.

The Nexus 11 is likely to be another device running 5.0. Asus is making the Nexus 7 2 and so far there is no reason to think they wouldn't also make the Nexus 7 tablet. The Nexus 11 is still speculation it hasn't been announced and right now Asus is devoting its energy to getting the second generation Nexus 7 2 out. So it will probably be late 2013, early 2014 before we can expect a Nexus 11.
